Schervier Pavilion is located on the campus of St. Anthony Community Hospital, which is also a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network.
Nursing Home Compare, a resource on the Medicare website, provides each facility with a rating between one and five stars. The ratings come from a combination of health inspections, staffing and quality of resident care measures at each specific nursing facility. They calculate a star rating for each of these three categories, along with an overall facility rating, with a five-star rating indicating a facility’s exemplary care and physical environment.
“We are proud to have been recognized as a five-star skilled nursing facility and credit this recognition to the professional, knowledgeable and compassionate staff of Schervier Pavilion,” said Crystal R. Cummings, system director of Long-term Care Services at Bon Secours Charity Health System.
